First Generation Aspheric Daily Contact Lenses
Contact lens technology is about to change (wavefront
lenses are coming soon!) but
these first generation aspheric daily contact lenses from Sauflon are a
good start. NewDays are manufactured
in the UK using a nano-precision Advanced Edge technology (AET)™ process which makes them
comfortable. NewDay contact lenses uniquely feature a front
surface aspheric design. This means better vision for the majority of contact
lenses wearers who also have low levels of astigmatism. NewDay contacts
are fabricated from a polymer - Methafilcon IV which is ionically charged and holds 58% water.
Research supports the use of group-IV lenses in patients with marginal
dry eye. NewDay contacts feature an aqua
handling tint with UVA and UVB protection presented in user friendly packaging.
